Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating a ReadyCue account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you are using ReadyCue on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access secure.
• One person per account; team seats are purchased per member.

Your content

You own everything you capture. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store, process, and display your content back to you — including sending it to our AI provider to create records. We do not use your content to train models and we claim no ownership of it.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful content.
• No attempts to break, probe, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• No reselling or white-labelling ReadyCue without written permission.
• No automated scraping outside the documented capture API and your own data export.

Plans and billing

Free accounts include a limited number of captures per month. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice before your next renewal. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future charges and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Beta features

Beta access and experimental features are provided as-is, may change or be removed, and may have limits that differ from paid plans.

Availability and support

We work to keep ReadyCue available and reliable, but the service is provided without a formal uptime guarantee. Planned maintenance and third-party outages can interrupt access. ReadyCue is a productivity tool, not a medical device, and does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk for other users, or are required to be closed by law. Where practical we will give notice and time to export your data.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReadyCue is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data, lost profits, or missed deadlines.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app, and continued use after the effective date means you accept the update.
